Volunteering
Volunteering is not required to have a successful baseball season however history has shown the more volunteers a league has, the benefits increase for the players, parents, and the league. If every parent tried to volunteer for only 2 to 4 hours a season, we could have an incredible year.
Volunteers are needed for:
Coaching and team management, particularly
T-Ball and Coach Pitch levels
Umpiring
Score Keeping
Field and diamond maintenance
During special events
No experience is necessary, as training, equipment and support
are provided. Again, look for more information about training
programs and events during our registration.

Calgary East Little League
requires a wide range of volunteers in order to have a fun and
successful season. All we ask from you is to submit some time to
help out. If you can help for 1 hour or a full season, there is
something for everyone.
You can volunteer your time with the Calgary East Little League
by doing one of the following:
- Click the image on the
right to download the form so you can print it, fill it out,
and drop it off at the Cal-East offices.
- Phone the office at
403.248.6161 to speak with us regarding volunteering
opportunities.
Cal-East has a
Junior Umpire program for teens 13 years and older. Training is
